Featured Articles:STIMULUS PAYMENT IRS TAX RETURNDealing with the government is never an easy task, and can be downright overwhelming for those with bipolar disorder and their supporters. The definition of hypomania is: "A distinct period of persistently elevated, expansive, or irritable mood, lasting throughout at least 4 days, that is clearly different from the usual non-depressed mood.
