    Learn to let go, live, and forgive!
    When you're in the grips of an ongoing bipolar episode, there really isn't much you can do to help yourself.  Therefore, any positive attempts at self-help would be on an ongoing basis to try to prevent episodes.
    Sometimes people with bipolar disorder, depression, and other mood disorders have episodes when they feel extremely sad, hopeless, anxious, or confused. When these emotions get too intense, the person may harm themselves with acts of self-injury.
    Support Groups...what worked and what did not work...
    Agree with what God says about you and be free from comparing yourself to others, here is how....
    Stay lucid and live, here is how...
    Getting involved with small groups helped to silence the screams of the madness until I heard them less and less....
    If the familiar, assaulting suicidal thoughts get turned up in the unquiet mind, make haste and keep it moving straight to the hospital...
    Reaching out to others can help to loosen the noose of bipolar and here is how...
    Crying out to God assuages the howling inside away...
