I am 45 and have bipolar disorder. It is apparently genetic, though no one else in my family has been officially diagnosed. (My parents most certainly do Not have it, lol). I have suffered success and loss due to this issue, & have spent comparitively little time managing it properly; it is my highest goal to do so now. I also have an adult son who, though undiagnosed, is clearly dealing with the same issues. I would like to both learn & offer insight, as much as can be deemed truly Helpful.
