I was at my doctor’s office the other day and I noticed an older man.  He was disheveled and seemed very nervous.  Since it is in fact a psychiatrist’s office, the probability that he had a mental illness is high.  Bipolar is very common.  He could have in fact been bipolar.  Regardless, I must tell you that he told the receptionist in front of a small but crammed office full of people that he felt as though no one loved him. My heart was suddenly pierced for him.  My soul cried for him in my chair as I heard those words escape from his saddened lips.  He looked so lost and left behind.  I think maybe a lot of bipolar people may feel this way and I will not be quiet about how God feels about you.  Some of my favorite verses in all of the bible are from Jeremiah31:3. Read them slowly with a heart full of rapture and expectancy.  “I     have     loved     you     with        an       everlasting          love;       I          have       drawn        you         with        loving-kindness.”

God breathes these amorous words of divine love to His children…His babies and we can feel safe and secure with His love alone.  His love is so vast but it is so near to our quivering hearts that ache for love.  His love can run the loneliness away for good and fill you with the lava of His warm, flowing spirit.  His Holy Spirit, the Comforter will make the bipolar person feel so adored and cherished.  God goes on to say that, “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5) His spirit is always in us for those who have received Him and with us.  Please beloved know that you are loved by the Father….Father God and you can ask Him for friends too as I have many times in my life and He will bring godly friends to lift you up and be His arms extended.  As they have the spirit within them they can minister to those lonely places in your life where you may feel abandoned or lost. I am so blessed to have so many godly beauties in my life…people who lay their lives down for me to walk in freedom and peace and  joy.  Man, have I come along way with God’s help.  God is also so personal.  He goes on in His word to say that, “The Lord your God is with you, a mighty one who will save, He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you by His love.”(Zephaniah 3:17) Do not worry about what you have done or about if you feel worthy of God’s love.  None of us are apart from Jesus.  Let nothing keep you from experiencing His loving-kindness and living under His banner of love.  Love is the answer.  It will drive out fear.  It will free you. Love will keep you alive.  Jesus love will give you life. Dare to let Him love you beloved.  Do not let the devil back you into a lonely corner of silence and rejection.  Just embrace the One above who calls out for you by name.  You will never feel alone again.
