  Follow a healthy lifestyle with adequate sleep, exercise and counseling sessions to help you cope with this condition. Work out the medication with your therapist and also make informed choices. Inform your therapist of any positive past medical and family history. This will make it easier for the therapist to formulate a treatment plan that suits will suit the patient best.
