Surviving bipolar since childhood, I have had to learn to cope effectively with it. I have had many years of therapy through which I developed Perspective Shift Therapy in which one learns to challenge their perspective and choose the perspective that most aligns its self with reality. Gratitude can be used to combat both depression and mania within one's mind. My books explain Perspective Shift Therapy and how to use it in your daily battles with bipolar, PTSD, and life in general.
